Meet Julia.

Julia has practiced yoga for the last 25 years to help her establish a balanced life.

She is a highly motivated and driven person with a passion for life, health, fitness and happiness.

She qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2021 during lockdown to help with her own practice and with a view to teaching people how to reduce stress in the body, through the Yogic practice and breathing properly.

She is qualified in all levels of Asana practice (beginners level 0, 1 & 2, intermediate level 3, and exercise for the joints (chair yoga), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra Chanting, Relaxation and Meditation techniques, Yoga Philosophy and level 2 Anatomy and Physiology.
